Editorial Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Reelsefeel publishes anime news, episode reviews, rankings, explainers, theories and entertainment guides. This Editorial Policy explains how we select topics, verify information, distinguish fact from opinion and correct mistakes.

Our Editorial Mission

Our goal is to create useful, original coverage that helps readers understand what happened, why it matters and where information comes from. We write for both established anime fans and newcomers. Articles should add context, analysis or practical value rather than simply repeat announcements from another website.

Originality and Attribution

Reelsefeel does not knowingly publish copied articles. Writers may consult official announcements, studios, publishers, streaming services, production committees, interviews and other reputable reporting. Facts learned from outside sources are rewritten in our own words and important claims are linked to the relevant source whenever practical.

Official sources are preferred for release dates, staff credits, platforms, event schedules and licensing information. When information comes from reporting rather than a primary source, the article should identify that distinction. Rumors, leaks and unconfirmed claims must be labeled clearly and should not be presented as established facts.

Reviews, Rankings and Opinion

Reviews and rankings reflect editorial judgment. Scores and opinions are not objective facts, and another viewer may reasonably reach a different conclusion. Our reviews consider storytelling, character development, direction, animation, sound, pacing and the work’s success on its own terms.

Commercial relationships do not guarantee positive coverage. Sponsored material, affiliate relationships or promotional access will be disclosed where applicable. Advertisers do not receive the right to approve independent editorial conclusions.

Spoilers and Sensitive Details

Anime and manga coverage may contain plot details. When an article discusses major twists, recent episodes or unreleased material, we aim to provide a visible spoiler warning near the beginning. Headlines and featured images should avoid revealing an unnecessary major twist when a reasonable spoiler-free alternative exists.

Fact-Checking Process

Before publication, articles should be checked for names, dates, episode or chapter references, staff credits, streaming availability and quotations. Availability varies by country, so global streaming claims should be qualified when regional rights are uncertain.

For developing stories, the publication date and update history matter. Older articles may become outdated as studios revise schedules or platforms change their catalogs. We update significant evergreen guides when reliable new information becomes available.

Corrections and Updates

We correct verified factual errors as quickly as practical. Minor spelling, grammar or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note. When a correction materially changes the meaning of an article, we may add an editor’s note explaining what changed and when.

Readers can report a possible error through our Contact page. Please include the article URL, the disputed statement and a reliable supporting source. We review correction requests in good faith but cannot guarantee that every disagreement about an opinion or interpretation will result in a change.

Artificial Intelligence and Editorial Tools

Reelsefeel may use AI-assisted tools for research organization, drafting support, headline options, proofreading or original visual concepts. These tools do not replace editorial responsibility. Material intended for publication should be reviewed for factual accuracy, relevance, originality and clarity before it appears on the website.

AI-generated or AI-assisted images should not be represented as official anime artwork, production stills or photographs. They are used as illustrative editorial visuals and should avoid misleading readers about official character designs or announcements.

Conflicts of Interest

Contributors should disclose financial, personal or professional relationships that could reasonably influence their coverage. Gifts, review access or event invitations do not guarantee coverage. When a conflict cannot be managed transparently, the contributor should not make the final editorial decision.

Advertising and Affiliate Content

Advertising supports the operation of the website but should remain distinguishable from editorial content. Ads must not be designed to look like navigation, download buttons or independent recommendations. Affiliate links, when used, may generate a commission without increasing the reader’s price and will be disclosed as appropriate.
